At King Jesus Coffee, we want you to love your coffee. If something is not right, we are here to help.
Because coffee is a perishable product, we do not accept returns of opened or used items. However, we are happy to offer a refund or replacement if your order arrives damaged or if you receive an item different from what you ordered. In these cases, since the issue is our responsibility, we will cover the shipping costs.
If your order has an active tracking number and it is in the “Label Created” status, this means your package is in the process of being handed to our shipping carriers. At this stage, cancellations are no longer possible.
If a package is returned due to an incorrect address being entered in the order, you will be responsible for the full cost of shipping to re-send that package to an updated address. A link to payment for that shipping will be sent to your email.
If you would like to exchange an item because you ordered the wrong one, you will be responsible for paying the shipping costs for both returning the item and sending the correct item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
If your package is misdelivered by the shipping carrier or has been lost in transit, please contact us at kingjesuscoffee.com with your order number and we will be happy to look into it for you with our shipping carriers.
To be eligible for a refund or replacement, please contact us within 5 days of delivery.
